I have fixed the issue and submitted an update to the App Store. It is now "Waiting For Review," and will likely take 3-5 days to be approved.
In the meantime, I found a quick fix so you can access your passwords:
1. Click on “Change Password” from the main menu
2. Enter your passcode
3. Switch the “Passcode Lock” setting to off
4. Click “Done”
Now you can just click “Unlock” on the main menu and access your passwords.
You can just leave it like this if you want, or if you want to once again protect your passwords you can just turn the “Passcode Lock” setting back on when you’re done.
